Call to Order:
Chairperson Kerrie Diers called the special meeting of the New Hampshire Planners Association (NHPA) to order at 12:20 p.m.

Bylaws:
Chairperson Diers explained that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss proposed amendments to the bylaws of the NHPA. She explained that the current Bylaws require that all members of the Executive Committee be elected every two years. The elections also elect people to specific positions on the Committee.

The proposed Bylaw amendments would change the election process to have three people elected each year to the Executive Committee for a three year term. Positions on the Committee would by chosen by the Committee.

The amendments also clarify and change some duties of positions on the Executive Committee. Diers outlined what these are.

A motion was made by Ben Frost to accept the Bylaw amendments as presented. Steve Hennegar seconded the motion and all voted in favor.
