North Country Council provides planning and economic development assistance to the 51 communities and 25 unincorporated places forming the northern third of NH. Minimum requirements include a master's degree in planning or related field , or bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years of professional experience. Must have strong interpersonal and planning skills, possess the ability to make written and oral presentations, lead and manage projects with minimal supervision, and be willing to work in a team environment. Experience with hazard mitigation, brownfields, community planning, land use regulation, or transportation planning, a plus. Position is open until filled.
